MC1 Leica Software
MC1 is the software that is behind the new machine control MPC80. MC1 simplifies design data handling and is open to all standard design data types, enabling a flexible data flow to support common workflows on a road construction or paving job site.
Consistency in software design throughout all heavy machine control applications reduces our customers’ training efforts and optimizes their learning curve. The same software platform can be used with different sensor configurations, which improves scalability and training. Furthermore, installers benefit from simplified installation and service processes. An intuitive graphical interface with custom-centered design supports our customers in getting their job done faster and more precise. The software interface is uncluttered and with familiar symbols to help the operator focus on the important steps. An intelligent licensing system facilitates the add-on of another machine solution, giving users full flexibility in their machine control solutions.
GT1 2D System
Most asphalt paving machines have the basic screed control so you can begin paving after the purchase. But the standard control may not be enough. The FAMC GT1 series paving system is a cost-effective system that allows you to pave to a fixed thickness to the surface below. The dual sonic sensors, placed on each side of the screed, in conjunction with the slope sensor gives you precise control over slope and grade. This system will also make your machine Leica 3D ready regardless of manufacturer or year.
The screed control is made easy using the intuitive Danfoss interface that is designed with the operator in mind. Sun glare or inclement weather will almost never be a concern to this interface. The anti-glare coated screen is IP66 rated and connectors are MIL-SPEC IP67. This rugged combination will provide years of quality performance. MCP80 Machine Controller
Simplified, rugged and user-friendly are the cornerstones of Leica’s MCP80, 3D machine controller. It features an intuitive and vivid 800×400 pixel, 8” touchscreen. The backlighting for the buttons and screen are adjustable, buttons are optically bonded, strengthened and are treated with an anti-reflective coating for optimal performance.
Heat, cold, wind, dust and rain are common environmental factors that you must contend with at the paving job site. The MCP80 is designed to deliver superior performance during these harsh weather conditions. The IP66 and IP67 rating ensure complete protection from dust ingress contact, water spray, and 1 m submersion. It has an operating temperature range from a frigid -30°C to a sweltering 60°C and can survive a drop from 80 cm (31.49”) and still properly function.
The internal computer for the iCON Pave boasts a 1.7 GHz dual-core Intel CPU with 4GB of RAM. It has a 32 GB of flash storage and internal wifi and GPS. Meets CE, FCC, RoHS and WEEE standards.

Nova TS60 Total Station

iCON CC80 Controller
The iCON CC80 is a mobile, easy-to-use, work on-site handheld tablet controller. It is thin, lightweight and rugged. It features a 7” screen and a convenient touch screen interface. When it is used with Leica iCON or iCON build, it is the optimal solution for all positioning tasks on your construction site.
The iCON CC80 is powered by Windows® 10 Pro and an Intel® CoreTM m5 processor. It features a daylight readable multi-touchscreen with high sensitivity for easy operation in all conditions. It also has various wireless communication possibilities (Bluetooth®, Wi-Fi and integrated 4G/LTS multi-carrier mobile broadband) for use with different sensors and internet access. The battery pack can last up to 16 hours to ensure the day ends before the CC80 battery dies.
GS18 T Rover
The GNSS RTK, Leica GS18 T, is the world’s fastest and easiest-to-use rover. The Leica iCON GPS80 receiver helps increase the uptime of your pavers, graders, dozers, excavators, drilling and dredging machines and wheel loaders. With the GPS80, you will have a perfectly tuned machine control system that does not require a separate controller or device to configure the receiver. Thus, you will profit from fast, reliable 3D positioning and the resulting highly productive operation.
The iCON GPS80 features an improved sensor integrated into the machine solution for more automatic handling, ease-of-use, and speed at work. The CAN bus protocol is specifically designed for the GNSS machine control to provide robust and reliable communication and more uptime. The xRTK allows machine guidance in difficult environments and SmartLink bridges TRK communication gaps up to 10 minutes. iCON telematics provides remote access to the machine computer for fast, perfect data transfer and support.
